Owner and stylist Mary Lee has owned the salon for over 30 years, most of that time has been spent in the same location in San Clemente. She has a deep understanding of her community and is on integral part of beautiful downtown. Her experience and work ethic have allowed her to grow to 15 stations in two salons. Both salons are side by side in location and one is more traditional based while the other is along a more modern theme. Mary Lee has mentored and trained many other stylists to enable them to follow their dream of also becoming a salon owner. Hard work and a professional approach have always been her trademark. She is inspired by her co-workers who continue to grow and share new techniques and ideas. Salon Incognito strives to be progressive and new but with a level of responsibility and professionalism that reflects the traditional business ethics that Mary Lee learned from her father who was a veteran 50 year barber and businessman. Mary lee is so proud to carry on her father's legacy, follow in his footsteps, and keep Salon Incognito one of the hot spot salons within downtown San Clemente. Salon Incognito is also a color specialist using one of the most outstanding color products in the world for over 30 years named Goldwell. The Salon is one of the first in Orange county to be performing the latest service called Brazilian Keratin, a de-frizzing treatment and is also an instructor/ educator.
